Affordable Portraits

A Window (not a barrier)
to the soul

The portrait used to be a coveted experience that was reserved for the upper classes. Sometimes, it still feels like you need to be wealthy to hire a photographer. While gear is expensive, updating your portfolio should be affordable.

Each month, palet will reserve the following slots to accommodate portraits for those in need.

  • 1.5 hour, on-location* portraits are available every month until booked. Sliding scale for artists, bipoc and lgbtqia+ folks, non-profit employees: $200-$700.

  • Have a group? Inquiry directly to see how you can bundle multiple people in one day, or with an event that you also need coverage of.

  • Have a bigger budget? For every client who books at the standard 1.5 hour portrait rate ($700), palet will be able to open another slot for those in need.

*studio rentals and seamless backdrop are a separate fee (although not required!)
